Diary - July 2013
On the whole a lovely June I think. Our delightful chickens are great weather vanes - choosing to either sit on the garden furniture when fine, or under it when its pee-ing with rain...
Still all well and relaxed, and enjoying life on the beautiful summer paddocks 24/7.
George is delighted to be introducing a new rider to the joys of horsemanship once more, whilst Tez, Alfie and Limonero continue to be a joy to do
Firefly is now advertised for sale, after a few weeks of "tweeking" her flatwork and jumping, she is absolutely lovely. Please see here for more pics. Please contact me for more details of Firefly.
Sheila was recently treated to a training session at Pen Lyn Luso Stud, were Janine let her have a "play" with a fab Luso x Pre in for training there.
Our team (Vaclav and Kristyna) are proving great assets to Gilfach - so good that Sheila and Hugh can grab a few days away now and again without concern.
The Gilfach residents are increasing in number, with a new livery due to arrive next month too.
We have organised a XC training session with Sue Adams at Trilley Fields (Abergavenny) on Sunday 28th July, 2pm. If anyone is interested in joining us, please drop Sheila a line to book yourself in.
