Gilfach Farm Livery and Holiday Cottage

Diary - End of July 2012

Horses

All are ticking over nicely. With Sheila back up to speed, Jewel, Alfie, Limonero and Tez are doing their bit with client tuition. Even Borba may be brought back into a bit of work now too!

Ex-Gilfach horses are also doing brilliantly. Cherry, Zela, Timber & Larry remain at Gilfach, but under new ownership. Floy has returned for a few days holiday whilst her new owners are away on theirs. Ico is proving to be a superstar for his new owner in the Forest of Dean. Molly is looking fabulous, judging by her FaceBook pictures (!), under the ownership of our previous groom, Stacey. We are hoping to visit Molly sometime this summer.

Weather

At last! After months of incessant rain, a week of gorgeous sunshine and heat - allowing us to rather labour-intensively take hay of two of our smaller paddocks - nearly all by hand!!

We hope to welcome you soon.
