Gilfach Farm Livery and Holiday Cottage

Diary - Early August 2012

With Hugh and Sheila off galavanting for quite a lot of August, the Gilfach horses are having a lighter work load. Grazing muzzles at the ready given the excess of grass and less exercise this summer though!

With a tad of trepidation, we have taken the plunge and rehomed another dog... mainly to keep Oscar company, although I am unsure as to whether 'Ringo' particularly likes the attention of our big bouncy brown mutt??? Early days, but so far, so good.

Hugh, Sheila and four of our likeminded horsey friends have just enjoyed a fabulous long weekend in Barcelona. Walking is definitely more tiring than riding...

Whilst we've been galavanting abroad, Gilfach has been host to some international guests too, with families from Germany and Holland being treated to our very special place to be and live for a short time for them.

We hope to welcome you also soon.
